It has a great variety of vibration settings, though the more intense ones (which are weapons-grade intense) are pretty noisy. The shaft rotation feels nice, though because of the length, I wasn’t comfortable inserting it to its maximum potential; thus the back end of the rotating portion was barely nestled inside of me. However, the sensation of the movement on the outer edges of my pussy felt really great, so I’m not going to list this as a downside.
